These terms govern the PLAB 2 preparation for IMGs edition. MediTutor is an educational, formative clinical-simulation product. It is not a medical device, clinical decision-support system, healthcare service, official examination body, or scoring authority.
This edition is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the GMC or any official PLAB administrator, unless a written agreement says otherwise. This product is not marketed as UKMLA or CPSA.
MediTutor may provide text or voice simulated-patient conversations, educational OSCE-style practice, transcripts, formative feedback, and other features described at the point of use or checkout.
Cases, scores, feedback, and readiness labels are formative learning materials only. They are not official questions, official marking criteria, official results, score equivalence, pass prediction, or a guarantee of any outcome.
Do not rely on the service for diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, emergency response, or real-patient clinical decisions.
A voice session may be processed in real time by speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and AI providers. Under the current product design, the company does not store raw audio files on its own servers. The company may retain transcript text, session metadata, and formative feedback for the periods in the applicable Privacy Notice.
Do not enter real patient information, medical records, test results, identifiable third-party data, or sensitive personal data unrelated to your own learning.
Procedure or examination cases assess only verbalised sequence, consent and safety, indication and contraindication, interpretation of supplied findings, and escalation and closure. The service does not claim or score tactile technique, palpation, auscultation, manikin handling, or procedural dexterity.
You must not share, resell, or misuse an account or entitlement; upload real patient data, confidential institutional material, or leaked or recalled examination content; claim MediTutor content is official examination material; interfere with security, billing, or availability; or use the service for healthcare delivery.
Access to this country edition is controlled by a market entitlement, approved partner or cohort access, tester, demo, or staff authorisation, or another documented path. A case marked released is a content-readiness state, not a public-access guarantee.
If paid access is offered later, price, currency, seller identity, tax, and refund terms will be shown at checkout. This draft is not an offer to sell. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded.
The company may change the service. If a change materially affects payment, data processing, or core functionality, the company will give the notice or consent required by applicable law.
