This notice describes personal-data practices for the PLAB 2 preparation for IMGs edition. The service is formative education only. It is not an official examination score and not healthcare delivery.

We do not use voice for speaker identification or voiceprints unless a later feature is launched with its own notice and legal basis.
Do not enter real patient health information. The service is not intended to collect genuine patient medical records.
Voice may be processed in real time by STT/TTS and AI providers outside the UK. Under the current product design, the company does not store raw audio on its own servers. Whether a provider retains audio is a vendor-contract fact and is not asserted here.
Hosting, databases, analytics, and error diagnostics may run outside the UK. A confirmed processor list and transfer mechanism will be published before any paid launch.
The service uses automated systems to generate formative feedback from transcripts and educational rubrics. The output is not an official assessment and is not used to decide professional qualification, employment, admission, or examination outcomes.
